I’m an inquisitive person who is always asking questions and learning new things. When designing learning solutions I use my attention to detail and curiosity to analyze and identify the performance problem and its root cause. I use my communication skills, flexibility, and ability to collaborate to develop and design clear and concise learning solutions.

I currently live in South Carolina, but I have lived and worked in the Czech Republic, Italy, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Through living and immersing myself in various cultures and communities I have gained crucial communication skills and an understanding of the value of diversity. These skills have played a vital role in how I communicate, develop and maintain relationships.

I believe that the learner should be at the forefront of all learning experiences. By actively listening to their needs and wants and incorporating those into each step of the instructional design process I am able to create educational content that is clear, concise, impactful and meaningful.
